8. Limitation of Liability

Cardken is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.
